Colledge had trouble in college when playing against the stiffer competition that Boise State played last year.  He is a very durable player as he started all 52 college games that he suited up for.  He has a nasty streak and is good at pulling and trapping which probably puts him at guard in the NFL, which should make Brett Favre happy.  The OL needed rebuilt, and Colledge is a good start.
