Quarterback Job
It is time for the changing of the guard. Farve must retire. I can’t believe that the front office and coaching staff can continue to let him embarass himself.

That is just plain dumb. After his showing on sunday, I can not beleive that you can still write that. Brett Farve can still play with the best in the league, it is the lack of talent around him that is losing games. How many dropped passes in the game? How many times did the pass protection break down? People who keep running their mouth that Brett is washed up and should retire are just dumb. Do you think that Aaron Rogers is the better choice? With Rodgers in there will the rceivers not drop balls? Will the pass protection get better? the play calling get better?( I refer to game one vrs. the bears, where the pass would have opened up the run game not the other way around. case in point the second half, Green was over a hundred yards in the game, but it didn’t matter at that point). Will the defence stop a third and long situation with Rodgers at quarterback? I wish people would stop hateing on Brett Farve and start putting the blame on packer loses on the team not just one player
I agree with everything you’ve said spotzhill. Brett Favre is the least of the Packers problems. The pass defense is awful and the offensive line is bad.
Last year Favre tried to put the team on his shoulders because all of his running backs got hurt. If Ahman Green plays the whole season, Favre will put up good numbers.
How can you, as a Packer fan even say that!!! Brett Favre, In My Humble Opinion, is the face of the Packers these days! He is amazing! He has NEVER missed a game, or did anything to embarrass himself or the team, I don’t count the Vicodin problem because he came forward of his own accord and did the right thing in that instance, and has been an inspiration to many!! He is the only 3-time MVP of the NFL, and is a wonderful posterman for this league!
I agree with you Sara. I think he’s played great this season. Now, if the Packers can fix that leaky pass defense, they will be in business.
