The Packers won an offensive shootout as Brett Favre is looking like the younger versions of himself.  Favre completed 25 of 36 passes for 340 yards with 3 TDs and no INT.  RB Ahman Green had a good game for someone who’s hurtin a little bit.  Green ran the ball 22 times for 63 yards (2.9 ypc) and caught 8 passes for 68 yards and a TD.  Rookie WR Greg Jennings had a huge game catching 3 passes for 101 yards and a TD.  Donald Driver caught 3 passes for 20 yards and a TD.

The defense had a rough time holding the Lions down.  The Lions ran for 105 yards on 23 carries (4.6 ypc) and completed 25 of 40 passes for 319 net yards thru the air.  S Marquand Manuel had a huge game with 7 tackles and an interception that he returned 29 yards for a TD.  LBs AJ Hawk and Nick Barnett both had 9 tackles.

With the defense playing like they are, Brett Favre and the offense will have to continue putting up huge numbers to outscore the opposition.
