Packers lose to Bills 24-10

The Packers should have blown the Bills out in this game.  The Packers out-gained the Bills 427-184 and lost the game because of sloppy play by Brett Favre.  Favre completed 28 of 47 passes for 287 yards with 1 TD and 2 BIG interceptions.  One of the pick-offs was returned for a TD and the other one was returned 76 yards!  Ahman Green had another great game carrying the ball 23 times for 122 yards (5.3 ypc).  Noah Herron carried the ball 5 times for 25 yards (5.0 ypc) and caught 7 passes for 57 yards.  Donald Driver had a good game catching 9 passes for 96 yards and a TD.  Greg Jennings (5 rec, 69 yards) and TE David Martin (4 rec, 51 yards) each did their part to help the offense.

DE Aaron Kampman ( 8 tackles, sack) and DT Corey Williams (3 sacks) led the way on a great effort by the defense.  The Bills carried the ball 28 times 120 yards (4.3 ypc).  The Bills only completed 8 of 15 passes for 64 net yards passing.

The Packers should have won this game, plain and simple.

You are right the Packers should have won the game. But put the blame where it belongs. How does our new head coach call a pass play on the one to tie the game after they ran it so well?

That is a good point Anthony, but the coach doesn’t throw interceptions.

its clear ravenhater, that you have very little understanding of the whole picture of football to place the blame on Favres “sloppy play”. Why dont you leave the real analasis of the game to the people who do.

Nate, the Packers defense played awesome against the Bills, and they ran the ball well. They should have won the game….so who’s fault was it?

boy thats simple, two muffed snaps by Wells, both of which were recovered by the bills, jennings still injured ankle, making him much less of a target, and yes favre. It was a combined effort to lose that game. I’m not saying favres mistakes werent costly, but to place the blame entirely on him for losing that game is just downright stupid.
