5. (157) David Clowney, WR
Many experts projected Clowney to be drafted in the 2nd or 3rd round so the Packers were happy to select him in the 5th round. He is 6′0″, 184 pounds and he runs pretty fast as he can run a 4.45 40. Clowney was held back at Virginia Tech due to sub par QB play but that won’t be a problem in Green Bay. In 49 games (17 starts) at Virginia Tech, Clowney caught 93 passes for 1,373 yards (14.8 avg) with 6 TD receptions. Clowney has also returned a few kicks in college so he could help out on special teams.
