The Green Bay Packers lose tight end Tory Humphrey for the season

Blogged under Bloglockers, Front Page, Injury Reports, General by dawgpounded on Tuesday 31 July 2007 at 6:51 am

Tory Humphrey will likely miss the whole 2007 season after he broke a leg and ankle in practice on Saturday.  This is bad timing for Humphrey who was likely going to get his big chance this season with the Packers to expand his role on the team.  Humphrey played in 7 games last season and he didn’t catch a pass but he made 4 tackles on special teams.

Packers on Sunday Night Football

I just checked out NBC’s SNF site, www.sundaynightisfootballnight.com, and they have a ton of cool stuff. Wallpaper, widgets, multimedia. You can look at GB food, and facts about Brett. They also have Madden, Michaels and Collinsworth talking about the Packers match ups. You should go see it, because the site is great!

Title’s with Sterling?

Sterling Sharpe and Brett Farve I believe were just entering their

peak productivity when Sharpe was forced to retire.  I venture that

during their tenure barring injury the pack would have won four super

bowls and comparisons of Rice and Sharpe would be highly debated.

But least I forget the past the best reciever bar none including rice,

barry, largent or whomever any homer may want to insert was and

is Don Hutson.
