Brett Favre is playing well this season for the Green Bay Packers
Brett Favre is a big reason why the Packers are off to a 2-0 start to the 2007 season. The amazing thing about Favre is that he is playing as well as he is without the aid of a running game as the Packers are only averaging 64.5 yards rushing per game and 2.8 yards per carry! Favre has completed 52 of 80 passes (65%) for 492 yards with 3 TD passes and 2 interceptions (84.0 QB Rating). Favre is only 3 TD passes away from tying Dan Marino for the All-Time Record in TD passes. There’s an outside shot that he could do it this week at home against the Chargers but it’s more likely that he will tie the record next weekend in Minnesota.
