2. (56) Brian Brohm, QB
Selecting Brohm where the Packers got him was a stroke of genius. Brohm would have been a top 10 pick if he left school a year early but he returned for his senior season and played well. The Baltimore Ravens will wish they took Brohm instead of Joe Flacco….mark my words. Aaron Rodgers better be ready to go from Day #1 because Brohm will put the heat on him to produce. Brohm is a big guy at 6’5″, 227 and he runs a 4.89 40, so he’s a pretty good athlete. He doesn’t have the strongest arm around but he has been very effective in his college career. Brohm has played in 44 games (33 starts) in his career at Louisville and he completed 780 of 1,185 passes (65.8%) for 10,775 yards with 71 TD passes and only 24 interceptions. Once again, this was an outstanding pick by the Packers.
